Description
Full sized sheets ( 9″ x 11″) of adhesive backed wet or dry paper. This adhesive does not release cleanly from many surfaces- we sell these PTFE honing pads and dowels that were designed to pair with this product.
In use we have found these papers from China to be nearly as long-lasting as our premium brand, the cut is consistent and really the most noticeable difference is that in the higher grit ranges, over 5,000 the papers are not as fine, the 10,000 grit paper is very similar in action to our 7,000 grit premium, this is still available as a standard non-adhesive paper.
We now offer the following sample packs-
Full – 1 sheet of each grit from 320 – 10,000
Coarse – 2 sheets of 320, 800, 1200, 3,000, 5,000 – This pack would typically be used for repairing or reprofiling damaged edges and heavier use tools such as Axes and Adzes
Fine – 2 sheets of 2,000 , 5000, 7,000, 10,000 – This pack is suited to touching up finer edges- or finishing off after you have used a coarser Diamond stone.
